Triunctio connects prepared candidates with electrical trade apprenticeship opportunities. We provide matching, profile, and communication tools for students, educators, and employers. We do not guarantee placement or employment.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for other legitimate reasons.

You agree not to: use the Platform for any illegal purpose; harass, abuse, or harm others; impersonate any person or entity; scrape or automate access without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; or transmit malware or spam. We may use rate limiting, security headers, and other measures to enforce these rules.

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile data). You grant us a license to use, store, and display that content to operate the Platform and provide our services. Triunctio's name, logo, and site design are our intellectual property.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We are not liable for decisions made by employers or candidates based on profiles or matches.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triunctio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform.
